Owner & President Frank Sullivan began his landscaping career with a car and lawnmower in 1979.  He worked for and eventually bought Skinner Lawn Service in 1999, and acquired Overlook Landscaping in the same year.

Frank went on to incorporate Skinner Overlook Landscape & Design, Inc. in 1999.  In 2006, he launched The Potting Bench as a new division of the company.
