Our crews are capable of handling accounts from small, single home residence to large condominium developments and office parks.
Our mowing schedule begins immediately after Spring Cleanups in mid-April and continues for approximately twenty-eights weeks, ending at the end of October.

Mulch
The benefits of mulching includes conserving moisture in the soil, suppressing weed growth, and improving the curb appeal. We offer mulch installation using a bark blower and/or by wheel barrel and shovel. Available mulch colors include Red Premium, Pine Bark, and Organic Black. Mulch may be installed at any time of the year, but most commonly in the spring.

Flower Rotation
Skinner Overlook provides flower plantings each season to enhance your property’s curb appeal. We prepare the planting beds or pots, install seasonal flowers, dead head through the maintenance season, and remove the planted flowers at the end of their growing season. A variety of colors are available and we work with our customers to select the best colors to complement their property.

Tree & Shrub Care
Tree and shrub pruning is an important part of every landscape. We employ a well-trained and knowledgeable staff dedicated to caring for plants in the landscape. Our staff consistently monitors the growth and bloom cycle of each variety of plant material, and treats the responsibility of trimming shrubs as a continuous job throughout the season.
